140 批了,肯定要被LAYOFF 了. 怎麽辦?

小單位, 快完蛋了( 2個月沒有什麽事情 做了,雖然在發著工資), 單位可能馬上宣布進入SURVIVING MODE". 老板對我說 肯定裁人( 我想他是故意跟我說的).., 我才來單位1.5 年, 140 剛批, 單位裁我一定很過意不去( 我和老板關係還好). 不會撤消我的140 的. 請大家幫忙分析一下.
1: 如果找到相似的單位, 我得重新申請PERM 和140 嗎?
2: 單位如果不報告政府, 但停我的工資 直到我找到下個單位. 我還算單位的人嗎? 或者說 在這段時間裏, 我還合法嗎?
3: 如果還得重新申請, PD 還可以用以前的嗎?
