How are you? I have a MTR for my rejected 140. If the IO do not agree with it, will it be snet to AAO?
- Having not seen related memo or the like, I got impression that MTR is reviewed by original officer first and then sent to AAO if the officers could not overturn the decision

If my MTR is directly rejected, can I appeal?
- Is not MTR itself an appeal? If you appeal MTR, what about the result of MTR appeal, and all its successors? Hope you get the image of endlessness.
