1）是否需要延I-94 呢？如果需要， 怎麽延？
-不需要. Your status is AOS and you can stay in U.S. legally as long as USCIS do not deny your I-485 (no I-94 duration limitation on your staying).

（2）已過期一個月，是否有影響？
