Pjiang teacher: can Unemployment benefit affect GC application

If we apply for unemployment benefit when we loss job, will this affect the GC application? 485 filed more than one year, has EAD, primary application. Can you give us a class for this topic since many people will face the same problem in the coming year with current economic situation?
