請問我目前工作是否合法，是否H1B有六個月的gracing period可以工作？
-No, you must stop working immediately and do not get paid this month because your EAD expired and H-1b status is invalid.

若不行，是申請加急EAD繼續工作呢，還是走H1B境外激活的路，這麽做是否對I485的申請有影響？
-Either way is OK, but 走H1B境外激活 is faster. Your I-485 will be safe if you do not get the salary in this Oct.
