這I-485 notice 是什麽意思

遞交了I-485補health examination後，收到如下的notice, 請過來人看看是什麽意思：

“preliminary processingof the above application or petition has been completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at: USCIS-NBC, PO Box648005, Lee's Summit, MO, 64064. That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition. Any further inquiries should be made to that office"

NBC是Nebraska service center嗎， 為什麽地址是在Kensas City, Missouti？是把我的申請轉到那兒了嗎？
是要interview嗎？
