We shared almost the same time schedule. but I got the landing paper and have landed. I understand your feeling now, what you are experiencing is what I did one month ago. My suggestion is you'd better not complain that, since it is useless for your case. Actually, we presented the application forms one month later after you did. and we had required only one medical exams on this April after my case was transferred to Seattle Consulate, and got our landing papers in July.
