I485 local office interview 已過37天，還未收到該來的信

I-485 employment based 子女，9月2日麵試，說要個certified copy，會同時給律師和本人寄表格request。已經36天沒有消息。當時未記住IO的姓名。InfoPass和USCIS都不能access local office。該怎麽辦？去local office他們是否會接待？謝謝有經驗的朋友們指導！
