請問Pijiang老師：AOS狀態下能續簽G-4簽證嗎？

我的情形：I-140 已批, I-485 pending, 持G-4 visa， 但是G-4 visa will be expired on Nov 10, 2008. 現我的公司的lawyer同意我renew my G-4 visa through the Dept of State（但強調若出境我應用AP）. 原因是我有一個G5 nanny, lawyer 說這樣我的保姆的身份就合法了。請問renew my G-4 visa now會對我的盧卡申請造成壞記錄嗎？Pijiang 老師, I have read your article very carefully, you said only H/L visa allow dual intention, other nonimmigrant visa does not allow 移民傾向, so you could not go back to nonimmigrant status after you submit I-485.請指導！
