h1-B 三年後可延期幾年?

我是H1-B身分已超過六年.485以遞,I-140以批準,正在等候排期望.記得:這種情況可延期三年.但是我的律師說隻能延期一年.他說沒有正式文件說可延期三年.請問:誰知正式文件的number?
