請教Pjiang老師: why my case is at National Records Center?

Hi,Pjiang老師, here is the details of my case: EB1a, I-140 approved in 2003, I-485 filed in 2004 at Dallas to SRC, then moved to New york city in late 2004, since then filed 3 times of Change Address forms and called numerous times to request case transfer from Dallas to NYC, fingerprinting in 2005 and May of 2008, finally got an interview with an AO in NYC local office on 5-30-08, but no any response from them since then. I called national service line a few times and finally I got a letter in September 2008 from Dallas local office (not NYC) stating my case is at National Records Center and they are currently reviewing it...I am confused, what should I do? Thanks a lot in advance.
