PJiang and other Friends, 485RFE, please help

My spouse and I received our 485 RFEs recently through lawyer. We responded them and returned all evidence to our lawyer. The lawyer put both our responses in ONE package and sent them back on last Friday.

My questions are:

(1) Whether they should put our response individually in separate envelop?

(2) If USCIS receive two responses in one package and do not notice they are
two responses, they input only one and ignore the other one. What we can
do?
