The new employer is willing to transfer H1B. The problem is that our GC interview is scheduled on 11/3/08. I planed to start new job 12/1/08. I just think maybe it is better not to transfer H1B right after interview. I just got my 2-year EAD. Hopefully PD will be current within 2 years.

What's your opinion? Trasnfer H1B or not? Thanks again.
