現在俺是H1+I485 pending，想今年末回國一趟。俺還用申請AP麽？還是隻帶上I797+I485 Receipt就夠了？
-You can apply for AP and use it to come back. If you do not have AP, you need to go to any one of U.S. Consulates in China to get an H-1 visa to come back to U.S.

Either way (AP or H-1 visa) is OK to your I-485. This is up to you.
