I just received my EAD yesterday.
This is a update of my previous post: My EAD was not delivered and was returned back to USCIS.
On Oct 2nd the mail was resent and yesterday (Oct 4th) it was in my mail box. The approval letter was the same as the one failed to deliver. the only difference is that there is a address sticker covering the old address. I noticed old address is using the format "lastname, firstname" while the second one is using "fistname lastname". I don't know if it make any difference for post officer. Another difference is that I put my name in the mail box with larger size. I also filed a complaint to US post office website.
But logically thinking, none of what I did should make any difference. I just tried my best to do whatever could be helpful. I think sometime we have to expect some unexpected with the system.
