因為綠卡沒收到已經2個月，IO建議file I-90with fee etc.

Q1: 剛剛file I-90發現收據是MSC-考古知道是national center.上網查national processing time 卻發現沒有i-90，請問national center 是不是不受理i-90？如果要受理，怎麽才能查到status?

Q2: national center I-90 受理速度和其他中心有什麽區別？有沒有辦法加快呢？
