誰知道H1B transfer的手續，急

現在時間很緊，HR的人太官僚，隻好自己先查好步驟再push他們。請問誰知道H1Btransfer要什麽文件，填的什麽表，我在USCIS上沒有查到。我看有的網站說H1的transfer不同於一個新的申請，可HR的人說就是一個新的申請，請問手續上到底有什麽區別，多謝
