EAD 延期不能及時下來，咱辦？

both my wife and I are working on EAD now, she is terminated today because EAD renewal is still pending after 90 days. we tried to go to infopass to get a temp card but was told they do not issue any temp card, we are very anxious what to do, she is the primary application for our 485.

Please help.
