eb1a和eb2-niw 主申請人各遞了140/485。副申請人也各遞了一份485，並以EB1A/485-base申請了 EAD，現在是第二年延期中（自9/1/2008）。9/12 /2008 eb2-niw-140批了，但是今天online說 eb1a 140被DENIED了。主（H1)/副申請人兩個485是同一個A#。四個485都沒有動靜。
有兩個問題：
1. 副申請人EB1A/485-based EAD還有效嗎? 需要重新申請嗎？
2. 如果需要，估計沒有3個月下不來。副申請人正好回國2周，是不是應該在國內申請H4? （副申請人的H4)自5/2008就沒有了。
3. 有關eb1a 140被DENIED：PD 5/2007-TSC(e-file), 10/2007 RFE 要求提供extraordinary的證據（十條裏的三條））。就像我沒有交任何supporting documents一樣。印度壇子說應該是丟了，我就11月寫信請他們在485的package裏找找，12月為了保險重寄了一份。同時由於485轉去了NSC，eb1a 140 1/2008隨之轉去了NSC("now NSC has the jurisdiction to this application")，之後杳無音信，中間催了兩次，結果今天就被拒了。問題是：
盡管我的背景並不超強，總得沒有收到一個真正的RFE就被拒而心有不甘。我應該申請re-open嗎？有意義嗎？

EB1A/I140 E-FILE （5/2007, SRC），一周內mail (SRC) I140 supporting documents (包括petition letter) + I-485 (5/2007), 兩周內分別收到receipt。
今天收到I140 RFE，要求12weeks內回複。RFE的內容是最糟糕的一種（1.證明應該遞eb1a; 2.提供extraordinary的證據（十條裏的三條））。總而言之，就像我沒有交任何supporting documents一樣。
我的問題是：
1．SRC可不可能糊塗到不知道把我的I140 supporting documents弄哪裏去了。如果可能，又沒有辦法聯係上officer問一下。（RFE署名為David Roarl, Director, officer #397）
2.我應該怎麽回這個RFE？在我過去遞交的petition letter中，我已經詳細闡述了十個條件中的六條並附有supporting documents包括9封推薦信（歐美日biomed領域係主任一類的）共有兩三inch厚。
3．是不是因為我的條件並不算特別強， officer覺得我每條的證據都不夠，所以意思是讓我重新遞證據？
