There is a suggestion in this BBS that it is not necessary to get FBI fingerprinting screen in the first application. FBI fingerprinting screen can be sent when you receive the second letter and do medical exam. Even though you send the police certificate now, You have to do it again when you receive the second letter.The process to get FBI fingerprint screen takes one and half month.
