year for FBI check for my 485 filed in PA marrige based, but interestingly, I got the approve letter for my 140 and 485 I filed in NY in 2002 (employement based) and ask me to fingerprint in Buffalo. What should I do? Should I go Buffalo, maybe the FBI check there is faster or maybe they won't ask FBI check if I am lucky?
