can extend h1B ..

Based on the already approved I-140 from company A.

I asked my lawyer about this. She said if I change employer, I can still extend another 3 year based on an approved I-140.

So, I don;'t think you have a problem here.

HR is a plain to deal with. All the same. If your manager can really press them, it may help.
