1、140是否可以轉到新公司去？要多久呢？兩個工作的title應該是很相似的，做的東西也基本一樣。
-I assume that you filed your I-485 concurrently with I-140. If your cuurent employer will not withdrtaw the I-140, you will be OK. If they withdraw the I-140, you have to ask your new employer to file a new I-140 for you.

2、這個要告訴現在公司的律師嗎？還是要新公司的律師先做？還是自己請律師？我都快糊塗了。
-You had better告訴現在公司的律師 about that and let him/her tell you whether your employer would withdraw the I-140. You do not need to tell 新公司的律師 if the old employer will not withdraw the I-140. Otherwise tell the 新公司的律師/new employer to file a new I-140 for you.
