Pal,
Citizenship is one of the most coveted gifts that the U.S. government can bestow, and the most important immigration benefit that USCIS can grant. Beyond the above, it is hard to give up your citizenship (You need provide sufficient and persuasive reasons for this.), and it will be almost impossible to reinstate your US citizenship in the future.
