485 ajustment for different nationanity

We submitted our 485 ajustment last year in EB3 but my hu*****and and I are from different country. For the processing, both of us are based on the Visa availability from his country? or 485 is processed separately, his is dependent on his country Visa availability and my is dependent on chinese visa availability? Thanks
