H4 可以一次延期 > 3年嗎? pjiang?

H1 I-94 expires end of Feb 2009 (6 years is exhausted end of Feb 2009). H4 I-94 expires end of Dec 2008.

Now we are preparing H-1 and H-4 extension filed together and plan to mail it out Oct 1st. H1 holder's 140 approved. Oct VB retrogresses to 2004 so PD is not current. I understand H1 can get 3 year at a time toward end of Feb 2012, per AC21 104(c). How about H4? Supposed H4 is extended to the same expiration date as H1 but it will be more than 3 years extension. What's gonna happen to the H4 extension?
