我是去年以B2簽證來到美國，之後和愛人（美國公民）在美結婚，今年3月進行了移民麵試，之後一直沒有結果，直到今天接到此信。deny的原因是“misrepresenting a material fact in order to circumvent the immigration laws of the United States”。我和愛人在美國共同買了房子，愛人11月生孩子，我不知道為什麽移民局還有懷疑。
