是不是沒身份了？

EB3 140已批準，485 pending， H1-B已經第9年了，還有兩年到期。公司最終還是沒能多過劫難，已經兩個月沒有發薪水，可能下個月解散。是不是我的h1-b已經失效？移民局會什麽時候知道。我已經有EAD了，但是還有7個月就過期了。我還能續上嗎？我是不是已經沒身份了？
