"Document mailed to applicant", what does it mean?

I just got an email today saying:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

On September 26, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

What could be the document? I just did my 2nd FP 3 days ago. They know my current address. Don't know what it could be. So nervous.

Does anyone receive similar email from CRIS? What could it be?
