I understand your feeling at current time.I have a similar situation like you.My company promised me to sponsor me in EB2 category.But after one year,I got I-140 receite,It shew my I-140 is EB3 category.I did not get any notice from my Attorney about category change.
I sugget:
(1)Check your second I-140 receite and make sure which category your I-140 is in
(2)Call your attorney at once and get some explanation.
