Letter from USCIS after I485 Service request

Got letter yesterday after SR on 12/August.
The letter is:
The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. All petitions/applications received by this service are required to have routine security checks that are resulting on delays of adjudication of petitions/applications. We can give you no definite indication of when they will be completed. We apologize for the delay.

Does this mean my name check is not clear yet?

Does this mean the 180 memo does work anymore? My PD is 5/2004, I485RD is 5/2007.

What should I do next?

Case is in Texas. I want to call to talk to IO,please give me the method of how to call.
