現在打算用EAD卡在業餘時間做一份工作,比如餐館的工作.但是和我目前的H1B專業工作毫不相幹.請問有什麽問題? 會不會影響綠卡的申請?
-No problem. It will not affect your I-485.

如果在H1B失效後(不想續了),用EAD卡同時做這兩份不相關的工作,請問又有什麽問題? 會不會影響綠卡的申請?
-You must work in the same/similar field as that you indicated in your I-140 if you are the primary applicant for the GC. But you can work in another field in the 業餘時間. Of course, if you are a denpendent for your GC application, you can work in any area.
