Thank you in advance for your reply. here is my situation, EB1a, I-140 approved in 2003, I-485 filed in 2004, but now my file is in National Record Center (NRC). I originally applied I-485 in Dallas in 2004, and then I moved to NYC, so Dallas transferred my case to NRC and NRC gave the file to NYC local office and I did an interview with an AO at NYC. Now many months passed and there has been no results, so I called the service # of USCIS and after 45 days they replied that "Dallas requested my files from NRC and they are currently reviewing it and they will let me know the statuc of my I-485". How strange is that. Does anybody has or had my situation? What should I do now? The USCIS person on the phone told me that sometimes the local USCIS offices don't update their progress with the case. My online info is still stopped at 2005, but I already went thru a fingerprinting and an AO interview in 2007 and 2008! Could anybody explain this to me Thanks.
Ask again, Pjiang or anybody:is anybody's case is like mine in N

想來是您的485被他們給弄丟了。

您在04年就交了485而且是EB1類的,不應那麽長的時間還沒回音,
