今天早晨收到這樣一封email

On September 22, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. 一般這樣的情況下會花多久才能拿到綠卡？我們的PD是04年11月份，也就是說下個月就又不是current 了(倒黴死了，每次都被cut出來)。如果在這種情況下是不是我們就算send in additional evidence 也要等到我們current 才能被touch again。這個綠卡排的快要瘋了，03年開始advertised position，04年律師才給file 上LC 所以PD就變成了 11/04的。之後的LC花了3年才下來，去年7月份和大家一起送進去的485。以下是case detail；
