TSC is slow!

Try to ask your lawyer to send inquiry. The way TSC works is a mystery. They don't do in FIFO fashion. I know someone got approved only after 3 months, while the other waited 3 years for I485 approval. Obviously you are not in the lucky fast track. Good luck.
