求救：EAD申請40多天，電話接不到representative

首次EAD申請（C09類），Received date: Aug 6, Notice date: Aug 7.Texas Center. 想打電話要求expediate，但係統繞來繞去總接不到customer representative. 請大俠支招。謝。
