485被拒了之後該怎麽辦？

我仔細閱讀了Pjiang的博客文章以及相關討論，仍有問題不清楚，想請教各位專家：

背景情況：公司，H1B，I140/PERM均批，I485被拒，使用過AP（身份AOS），沒有使用EAD。HIB明年7月到期

問題：現在想繼續在原公司工作，需要馬上做什麽？

[附帶問個問題：如果當初拿著AP，但在國內申請H1B簽證。
如果給了H1B簽證，AP還繼續有效嗎？
如果拒了H1B簽證，還可以拿著AP回來嗎？]
