That's why we have waited for more than 4 months. You may call the customer service by choosing the option of lost case instead of checking case status. Your call will be directly transferred to the service center and the agent will tell you if your case has been lost or not. But if you check your online status, if it shows your case is pending, you can't do anything but wait. Good luck!
