I140/485.Please give some advi

My I140 and I485 filed last Aug and October to TSC. My salary and position were low when started applying for LC. Would there be any problem for my case?

I am asking this because my wife is also applying for GC as backup in case something wrong with my case. She may get her labor cert in about 3-4 months. Now there is an job offer for her from Boston, if my case is ok, then she doesn't need to wait for her LC so I can transfer to the Boston office of my company.

Another question is, does my case need to be transfered to Vermont center if I move to Waltham? I found I140 in Vermont has passed my receipt date, does that mean my I140 will be processed right away?

My wife is on H1b also, if she apply for a new H1b for the new job, does the H1b quota apply?
