response to my service request -- please help

Please help look at the SR request we got for the SR on 8/12/08. Is this just standard response or something is wrong with our case?

EB2 NIW PD 4/2005, 140 AD 5/2005, 485 no LUD since 11/2007
Letter to First day in 2007, was told NC finalized Dec 2007.

" Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action form us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below."
