It is very very risky for you to use this AP. If your current status is H-1/H-4, I suggest you to apply for an H-1/H-4 visa to come back. Otherwise, your family can bring your wrong AP to USCIS local office to ask whether they can issue a new AP for you (leave two your pictures for the new AP). After your family get the AP, they can send it to you in China. I think the local office will do that for you because people usually get emergency AP at the local office.
