My name is xiao I married an american for almost a year and I got my permanet green card through my marriage but yesterday my hu*****and asked to divorce because he found out that he couldn't be with anyone and he changed his mind...I don't know anybody here so please help me..
Can i still apply for a 10 or 20 green card indiviually when my card expired on 2010 after our marriage fail/Will immigration approve my apply??What should I do if I want to stay us???Please help!!!
