Thanks! My current status is dual status, i.e., H1B at my current university renewed to 2010 and EAD will be expired Oct. 13 (renew EAD application submitted in August). How long it will take for me to transfer my current H1B to the new job university? Even I will hold H1B in the new university, I can still use AP to go back, not H1b. Please correct me if I am wrong.
