我去年７月DIY的NIW，工科碩士，沒有paper發表.
現在收到RFE，就要求citation一項，還特別note: the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the proposed research employment has substantial intrinsic merit and would be national in scope. 看來他們就是想要看我有無paper發表？另外從信發出到回複的deadline隻有６個星期時間。我本來就沒有paper，當時的材料裏也沒有的，這應該怎麽回複呢？？
