Coming back from Infopass

I just came back from Infopass. What a waste of time. They only told me what the updates in website. Don't know if the case was transferred or where it might be transferred. Only told me that the case is pending and I need to wait. What is the national Benefit Center? Is the local office of Infopass the national benefit center?
