Thanks a lot, Mr. Pjiang.

If my case is transfered to local office, does that mean I got the visa? Will I still be affected by the cut back in October?

I am actually a dependent and my hu*****and got his Green Card one year ago already. I was stuck in Name check last year. Now my name check is clear and I just did finger print last Month. I am very disappointed at the cut back next Month.
