I am going to file I-140 (EB-2) soon and have a question about previous working experience.
When file for PERM, working experience from last 3 years is absolutely required. For I-140, do you know how many years of working experience are needed on the resume? I am thinking just putting my experience in the U.S. on my resume when file I-140, since I have no plan to go back China any time soon. It might be difficult to get a reference letter from the company I worked for back home. A lot of change happened in the company in the last 7 years.
If I ignore the 2 year gap between my B.S. graduation and the time I came to U.S. on the resume, would that trigger a Ref?
