十萬火急! 485 required weird evidences

My GC story:
I am a postdoct. In Sept/2005, I submitted both I-140 (NIW) and I-485 concurrently to TSC, NIW was approved in Oct 2005. In Oct 2006 I submitted I-140 (EB1) to NSC and I-485 was transfered to NSC later. in Nov 2007 I withdrawed the EB1-140 as it had always been pending.

Today got 485 required for further evidences. 1> permanent employment evidence, I am postdoc, How can I provide permanent employment evidence 2> Medical examination. I provided it when I submitted my NIW in 2005? Should I do medical examin again? the problem is I have no time to do it now as the USCIS asked me to submit all the required evidence by Oct 1.

Any one have any idea, Great thanks for any input!
