Hi, Friend:

I got this type of RFE for my I-485 in March this year too. Even I am working in a company for over 4 years, the HR staff still REFUSED to write in the letter that my job is permanent one. However, she wrote in the letter that the job is a full time one and I am working for the company since 2000. The INS accepted it, and I got my GC in April. By the way I also sumbited 3 years W2 all for the same company, and INS center is CSC. Good luck.
