EAD1個月後過期,我現在可以重新申請新的EAD嗎?

去年申請了一個EAD, 從未用過,十月初到期.我現在的H1到年底.明年打算用EAD工作.我現在可以重新申請一個新的EAD嗎?不太想renew了,時間上可能也來不及了.
